Return Policy and Complaint Procedure

Every online store should provide a clear policy for returns and complaints so that customers know exactly how to proceed in case they want to withdraw from the contract or file a complaint regarding a purchased product.

Submitting a Complaint
To submit a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/Complaint Form
Fill in the return/complaint form and include it in the package. The document should include the following information: your full name, email address or mailing address, phone number, product number, reason for complaint, date of purchase and date the defect occurred.

2. Returning the Product
When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
Send the complained product to the following address:

Note: You can also contact our Customer Service Department and we will arrange pickup of the product directly from you.

Product Return
According to applicable law, you have 14 days to return a product. To withdraw from the contract and return your purchase, please fill out the necessary withdrawal form and send it along with the returned product(s) to the following address:

Please also include all received accessories and a receipt or invoice with the returned item(s) and withdrawal form.
